DIY File Server: From Frustration to Innovation

Ever had one of those days where work frustrations spark a creative project? That was me this Thursday. I decided to finally tackle a long-awaited project: setting up my own file server.

Here’s what I did:

1. Dusted off an embedded board I had lying around
2. Installed the latest version of QNX
3. Set up Samba for Windows network sharing
4. Result: A fully functional 40GB file server!
